In this program we will solve the issue of YO-YO dieting forever. We’ll first uncover the core reason you’re overeating. We’ll look at your thoughts and feelings about yourself, your body and food. You’ll learn tools to assist you with weight loss as well as what to eat and how much exercise you need.

12 WEEK PROGRAM
The first six weeks will be the same course as the 6 week program. For the remaining six weeks, we’ll delve deeper into your eating issues, your thoughts, feelings and limiting beliefs. You’ll also learn how to create and reach your future goals.
